  • Education

    In January of 2022, I earned my real estate license. 


    In February 2022 I started working at Century 21 Prime Property Resources Inc.

    Shortly after starting I was diagnosed with cancer and had to go on medical leave.


    While on medical leave I started my National Association of Realtors program C2EX Realtors Commitment to Excellence. I finished this program on August 14, 2024!



    I have completed the following courses to better serve my real estate clients:


    *Florida Realtors, NAR C2EX Realtors Commitment to Excellence Endorsement 


    *(ABR) -Accredited Buyer Representative

    Before coming to Bushnell, Florida four years ago I lived in Hawaii for 13 years. 


    Over 30 years of sales and business management experience.

    I worked for 13 years in the tourism industry performing sales of tours and activities for visitors of Oahu, HI. 


    During this time I executed customer service skills by listening to my customer's desires and providing them with information and solutions. 

     

    Experience in financial evaluation: worked with customers to evaluate their financial health and confirm their qualifications for timeshare properties at Wyndham.


    Resided in North Carolina for 20 years raising two children and running our family window cleaning business.


    Managed the purchases and sales of two of our family homes in North Carolina.


    With 8 years of experience in the insurance and financial industry.


    I am the proud recipient of the Life Underwriter Training Council Fellow (LUTCF) designation, where I gained fundamental skills and a working knowledge of insurance and investment products. This useful knowledge has proven very useful in all  area my life since.


    Worked closely with clients to help keep their insurance and financial needs current.
